I must receive permission from the recipient of a gift that it is fine to use their character/s in a sexualized way.
I am allowed to refuse a commission for any reason/no reason.
Characters that have extras such as wings may be subject to additional fees based on complexity. Generally ranging between 5-15$.
If you wish to have your artwork be private, you will have to pay a fee, as this limits my exposure. (25$)
I reserve the right to upload your commission to any of my accounts as I see fit. You may also post the artwork YOU commissioned from me if your characters are included in the artwork; anywhere you’d like as long as proper credit is given.
When the artwork is complete, you will get a full resolution version of the artwork. You are responsible for keeping your own copy safe. I am not responsible for supplying you with another copy in the future.
Your artwork is for personal use only. You are not allowed to sell, claim as your own, etc, once I give the file to you. You may own the character and the piece, but I retain the copyright to the image.
You must ask for permission to recolour or change any artwork of mine. (Unless they’re bases I’ve made, in which case they must have been bought by YOU.) Even if you have commissioned the art from me. This does not include cropping/resizing.
My artwork will have a signature and watermark on it. I refuse to remove these.PaymentPaypal only (Unless we decide on a different form of payment, i.e a trade)
Payment must be the equivalent amount to the USD price tag.
Once I have been paid, I will add you to my queue, and when you are the top of the queue I will start the art you paid for.
DO NOT send money before we have spoken and agreed upon the price/transaction.
Payment must be made within 48 hours, unless discussed otherwise or your slot will be put back up for sale.
Refunds are available, but I will be paid for the work I have already completed. (You will receive what has been completed in full, as you have technically paid for it.)
